PAYMENT TERMS AND TAXES
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. accepts the following forms of payment in US Dollars: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
There is a maximum purchase of $5000 per transaction. If your order exceeds $5000 please split it into two separate transactions or contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange an alternate method to accommodate your purchase.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. is a Canadian company that ships out of the United States. Auggie Home Collection Ltd. charges applicable provincial taxes to Canadian residents. For all shipments outside of Canada no sales tax applies. Tax is not charged on the purchase of gift cards but is charged on applicable purchases once they are redeemed.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail to confirm if you wish to wait on delivery or be credited back the cost of the item.
Gift Cards with a gift code are emailed to recipients upon approval. Customers can use their gift code to purchase items from littleauggie.com. During the checkout process customers have the option of using a gift code for payment. In the event that the gift code’s value does not cover the total cost of the order, the customer will need to provide credit card information to cover the remaining balance. In the event that the order total is less than the value of the gift code, the remaining gift code balance will be available for future purchases.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. has partnered with MyRegistry.com to offer a gift registry service that allows our users to register for Auggie product as well as any other much needed essentials from other websites all in one place. Click here to see details
Once you create a registry online at Myregistry.com it will instantly be available for friends and family to view.
To add items to your registry simply click on the “add to registry” button next to “add to cart”.
If you are purchasing a gift off of a registry when you check out you will have the option of entering the gift recipient’s shipping address. At check out you will also have the option of including a gift message, which will be printed on an Auggie gift card and included with the order.
All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground from Michigan. Web orders can take 48 hours to be processed. Auggie Home Collection Ltd. ships within the continental USA and Canada.
Please note shipments to Canada: brokerage and duty fees will be incurred by the recipient. Fedex will contact the customer directly to confirm preferred method of payment for these charges.
Littleauggie.com does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses.
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or national/federal holidays.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns are to be authorized by Auggie Home Collection Ltd. Please send a return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and specific items requesting to be returned/exchanged. On approval, a merchandise return form and RMA# will be emailed for inclusion with return merchandise along with the address to which the product is to be returned. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed and unaltered in original packaging. All sale items are final sale. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Auggie Home Collection Ltd. has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
All articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card to which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. may request that a client fax in a credit card authorization and driver’s license, or other suitable picture ID with a signature, to finalize a purchase. Auggie Home Collection Ltd. can credit back and void any order at our sole discretion.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd.’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Auggie Home Collection Ltd. does not store client credit card information.
Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
We respect your right to privacy. At Auggie Home Collection Ltd. we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Auggie Home Collection Ltd. does not store your credit card information.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
Auggie Home Collection Ltd. does utilize “cookies” to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is anonymous. We use this information to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site.
